Oh dear, what just happened? Ethel, the witch doll, seems to be stunned and she is taking a moment to catch up her breadth.
Maybe she just got tangled up in a branch, and now she is fondly holding her cauldron full of forest fruits in her porcelain hands. Perhaps she wasn’t expecting the outcome of the trip, as she is all flushed, and her lips are showing the stress (one too many wrinkles…).
When she set out, she chose one of her best outfits in dusky pink velvet blouse, her taffeta burgundy skirt and cream gauze apron and let’s not forget her best porcelain shoes. The burgundy satin hat matches as well, and it has been decorated with a large bow… and a dried slice of lemon.
And to complete the looks, there is the indispensable mixing spoon, ready to mix the ingredients for the unknown spell.
Beautiful porcelain figure, all one would expect from a respectable witch like Ethel: large nose, large blue eyes, perfectly round flushed cheeks.
All in all, a beautiful porcelain creation, from our Witches of Pendle range of high detail recommended for the collector and enthusiast alike. Collectables are not just for Halloween, but for every season in between!
