This delightful carving of a monkey captures the intelligence and resourcefulness of man's closest relative.

Each piece is signed by the artist and is carved from Boxwood, a high quality hard wood which has been used by oriental artists since the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
Boxwood has a warm and rich warm color, giving an elegant and classic sense of aesthetic feeling.
The monkey carving can also be worn as a pendant as the carving can be threaded with a cord through the base.
