Anubis Statue representing the Egyptian God of Death. Handmade and beautifully detailed in highly polished bronze resin, hand-painted in gold red and blue. The statue is presented in a bespoke box.

During the early Old Kingdom before Osiris rose to prominence as the God of the Dead, Anubis was the God of Embalming to whom prayers for the survival of the deceased in the Afterlife were addressed. Later on, Anubis was considered ruler of the underworld and keeper of the lost souls.
