Small metal Japanese style bowl made in Nepal. The bowl plays note E (The Solar Plexus Chakra) and it produces a clear, high resonant note and it is very easy to play. About 70mm diameter and 45mm high (2.8 x 1.8 inches). It is supplied in a box complete with a small quilted mat and playing stick and makes a very nice gift.

As choosing a singing bowl is down to personal preferences, we have included a sound file. The sound files were produced using a simple wood stick.
