According to Norse Mythology, the God Odin sacrificed himself on the world tree, Yggdrasil, for nine days and nights to gain the knowledge of the runes. As runic divination is a means of communication with your subconscious mind, it is important to choose the set of runes that inspires you most.
Although not a naturally occurring material, opalite is very pleasing and attractive. Soft tones of pink, blue, gold reflect through its milky white consistency of a glass like appearance.
The Opalite Runes set has the full 24 Futhark alphabet, plus one blank stone (the controversial Blank Rune) and it is presented in a two tone velvet bag. Also included, is a card showing the symbols keywords.
