"The fear of God"
is the English translation of a concept that is referred to
in the Bible. What is this fear of God? I know for myself
that consciousness - though utterly still in and of itself
- moves! And it is evolving in an ever-expansive unveiling
of Truth. Though many things seem to be happening, there is
really only one thing. Whether in the form of fear, pain,
or love and joy, consciousness is moving one towards the freedom
of their own nature as Pure Awareness-this is the basic principle
of life itself. (Truth is revealed by the nature of its very
essence.)
What we fear, in fact is only
God. More specifically, what we fear is our own nature, for
it is not limited whatsoever - the ego is based in limitation.
The "I" is based in limitation. The limited small
self is the only thing that fears, and what it fears is no-limitation,
i.e. its death.
Though the Ominous Presence
around the corner awaits us in the form of death itself there
is truly nothing to be afraid of. Death implies Life, for
as something is destroyed so something is created. Though
the journey ahead may seem long and hard from the perspective
of the ego, it is only one moment. The only thing that can
be feared is the Truth. It must be, because the Truth is all
that exists - hence the most fundamental meaning of the word
'Truth'. What is not-Truth just simply does not exist! We
drop our fears, when we choose to accept this. (Literally,
we drop our fears when we choose!) Nothing can harm what is
Real. No lie can contaminate the Truth. No Ominous Presence
can take anything away from us, except our illusions. And
this ominous presence is nothing more, nothing less than who
we are.
Who We Are is only scary to
the ego. In Its sheer humility and pure grace, It is powerful
beyond belief. That's right, beyond belief! It needs nothing,
no commentary, no support, for it is Everything. By choice
for the Ascendant, which is humility itself, we align with
our Truth, and grace takes over. So the Hero saves us from
captivity, and fear was only a part of the suspenseful drama.
But Truth always prevails.
"The Chosen are those
who Choose. The saved are those who have found what was seemingly
lost. Grace comes to those open to it; as much of it as they
are open to receive. Empty your cup in every moment and you
will be free."
